Breaking News: TF attends Puntland Youth Employment Conference alongside VP Ilyas Lugator.

We’re thrilled to share our today’s participation in the two-day Puntland Youth Employment Conference, held on April 21st and 22nd. The conference served as a vital platform, bringing together an array of stakeholders ranging from government ministries to international organizations, local NGOs, universities, and private enterprises.

At the conference, Talobeeg Foundation proudly announced its partnership with Xirfadle Service, a pioneering private sector enterprise dedicated to leveraging digital technology to connect skilled laborers with clients. Together, we unveiled a groundbreaking technology-based platform designed to address critical challenges. However, TF’s strategic roles lies in tackling the issues limited digital literacy among technicians and financial constraints in accessing the platform.

To tackle these challenges head-on, Talobeeg Foundation will be initiating a series of impactful activities, including Digital Literacy Trainings, Subsidized or Free Training Programs, Mentorship and Coaching, Partnerships with Financial Institutions, and Community Outreach and Awareness campaigns.

Our commitment to youth empowerment doesn’t stop there. In 2023, Talobeeg Foundation successfully trained over 100 youth in Galkaio across various skill courses, enabling them to make a significant impact as they return to their communities, enriching their own lives and those of their families.

We understand that addressing these critical gaps requires a collaborative, multifaceted approach. That’s why we’re dedicated to engaging with like-minded partners and stakeholders to turn this vision into a reality.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey towards building brighter futures for youth across Puntland and beyond!
