As part of our ongoing KAABE Youth Empowerment Project, Talobeeg Foundation recently initiated a two-day workshop centered around the development of high-quality learning design and the creation of study and teaching materials. This workshop took place in Galkaio, hosted by the Galkaio International University, with a primary focus on empowering Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) teachers.
The training sessions were conducted by a qualified pedagogical expert who served as the facilitator for the event. Participants in the workshop included a total of 12 educators, comprising both instructors from the university itself and professionals from its dedicated TVET department. The workshop aimed to enhance the pedagogical skills and instructional expertise of these teachers, ultimately benefiting the quality of education and training offered in the TVET sector.
TF received pedagogical trainings from the Finnish University of Applied Science (HAMK) which provides technical support to KAABE Youth Empowerment Project on areas of pedagogical skills, disability inclusion and quality education. TF remains grateful to FSN and the Finnish MFA for their unwavering support and partnerships on the development cooperation projects.
